The Values Canvas is made up of three pillars: People, Process, and Technology. The People pillar contains three elements: Educate, Motivate, and Communicate. 

In this case study we focus on the third of the three People elements: Communicate. In this element, we are looking to fill the need to break down communication silos and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. A Communicate solution is any internal initiative that stimulates cross-organizational communication on Responsible AI practices and ethical decision-making.
